These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and croewin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the croewin website located at croewin.net, including all associated pages, services, features, tools, and content made available through the platform.

1.1 — Agreement by Use

By visiting the croewin website, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the croewin platform in any capacity, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is effective upon your first access to the platform.

1.2 — Additional Policies

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the croewin Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published at the time a promotion is made available. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. croewin does not accept registrations from individuals who lack contractual capacity under their local jurisdiction.

1.5 — Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted in English and shall be interpreted and construed according to the plain meaning of the English text. croewin operates as an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All formal communications between croewin and the user — including account notices, bonus confirmations, withdrawal updates, and policy changes — are conducted in English.

2.1 — Minimum Age Requirement

The croewin platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain 18 or older for the duration of your use of the platform. croewin enforces this requirement through a self-declaration at registration and through mandatory identity document verification prior to processing any withdrawal request.

2.2 — Geographic Eligibility

croewin is intended for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of online gambling services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. croewin does not represent that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. 2.3 — Identity Verification

croewin reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time, including but not limited to: a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in account closure.

2.4 — One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on croewin. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, croewin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

2.5 — Employee Exclusions

Current employees, contractors, and agents of croewin, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register or play on the croewin platform. Any account found to be in breach of this restriction will be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

3.1 — Registration Process

To access real-money features of croewin — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawal of winnings — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Bangladesh players may also be asked to provide their bKash or Nagad mobile wallet number associated with the account used for deposits.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to ensure that all information provided at registration and throughout the life of your account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your address, email, or associated payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your croewin account credentials, including your username and password. croewin will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact croewin support immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility or by emailing [email protected].

3.4 — Account Non-Transferability

Your croewin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Playing on another person's account, or allowing another person to play on your account, is prohibited. Any winnings generated through an account used by someone other than the registered account holder may be voided.

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

croewin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major international card networks including Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The cashier page within your account will display the currently available options at the time of your transaction.

4.2 — Currency

All transactions on croewin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). croewin does not charge a currency conversion fee on its end for BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider or issuing bank are outside croewin's control and are the responsibility of the user.

4.3 — Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction via mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Full details are available within the cashier section of your account.

4.4 — Withdrawal Processing

croewin targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet payment methods during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. croewin is not responsible for delays caused by the user's payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the croewin platform.

4.5 — Verification Before Withdrawal

Identity and payment method verification must be completed before the first withdrawal from any account is processed. croewin may also request re-verification at any time, particularly when a new payment method is added or when a withdrawal request is of an unusually high value. Withdrawals will be held pending until satisfactory verification documentation is received and reviewed.

4.6 — Funds Ownership

By depositing funds into your croewin account, you confirm that the funds are yours legally and are not derived from any criminal activity. croewin complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and reserves the right to report, hold, or return suspicious transactions to the originating payment method and to relevant authorities where required.

6.1 — Lawful Use Only

You agree to use croewin solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, that is fraudulent, that infringes the rights of any third party, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure or the experience of other users.

6.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the croewin platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of croewin's platform or any of its constituent games
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered in the croewin sportsbook
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Impersonating croewin staff, agents, or other users
• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content through any communication feature of the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other user's account or to any croewin system

6.3 — Fair Play Standards

croewin's game outcomes are governed by certified random number generators supplied by the software providers. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, predict, manipulate, or exploit these systems. Any evidence of systematic exploitation of a software error, glitch, or misconfiguration will result in the voiding of any winnings generated through such exploitation, as outlined in Section 6.4 below.

6.4 — Software Errors

In the event that a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault results in an erroneous display of a game outcome, payout, balance, or odds — whether to the user's benefit or detriment — croewin reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and return the staked amount to the user's account. croewin is not liable to pay out winnings that result from a clear technical error, and no obligation to honour erroneous results arises regardless of whether the error was on croewin's systems or on those of the third-party game provider.

8.1 — Platform Provided "As Is"

The croewin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While croewin makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, croewin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party connectivity issues, and force majeure events may affect platform availability without notice.

8.2 — Exclusion of Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, croewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the croewin platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible loss — even if croewin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 — Gambling Losses

croewin is an entertainment platform. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. croewin is not liable for any losses a user sustains through gambling on the platform, whether those losses result from the user's own decisions, from the outcome of random number generator events, from in-play sportsbook outcomes, or from any other source intrinsic to the nature of gambling as an activity.

8.4 — Third-Party Services

croewin is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services that integrate with the platform, including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), game software providers, and internet service providers. Any disruption to these third-party services that affects the croewin user experience is outside croewin's direct control.

10.1 — Informal Resolution First

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the croewin platform, you are encouraged to contact the croewin support team in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. croewin aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving full details of the dispute.

10.2 — Escalation

If informal resolution through the support team does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing. croewin will review escalated disputes at a senior level and provide a final position within 10 business days of the escalation being received. 10.3 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. croewin operates as a safe and reliable platform and applies fair play standards and SSL encryption across all user interactions. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

10.4 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be treated as deleted.

10.5 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the croewin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and croewin with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
